22 classmates/spouses met in Nacogdoches last night to celebrate our October birthdays - I think everyone in attendance had a great time! This is my recollection of the ones there: Glendon & Eleonore Collier, Billy & Lou Ann Hoppe, John & Maggie Ball, Mike & Linda English, Floyd & Darla Skillern, Roy & Dian Mosby, Jerry & Joy Armstrong, Dena Johnson, Robert Hancock, John Randolph, Frank Adams, Irie Montes, Bobbie Collins and Gary & Ann Dobbs.

We just had our 40-year reunion the weekend of August 28th. Thanks to all who attended and those of you who helped organize and plan the event. Y'all made it one of our best ever! Jan Dobbs Barton has posted pictures from the reunion under the 40 Year Reunion Pix link on the left.

Classmates, I know Gary just informed us about the passing of Amy Hale Reeve's husband Jim on Friday. I have some more sad news to share...our classmate Wanda Faye Morgan Butler passed away on Friday (8/5/11). Let's all remember to keep these two families in our thoughts & prayers in the days & weeks ahead. Below is the link to Wanda's obituary in the Daily Sentinel. ~Marilyn
